Can I return my order if I don't like the scent?
No, returning our liquid products based on your fragrance preference is not possible. However, you can order samples in advance so you can try out the fragrance before committing to a 200 ml bottle.
Our other products can be returned—provided they are unused and undamaged. Please contact our customer service for more information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email so you can track your package. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the track & trace to be active.
If you still can't track your package after 48 hours, please email us at info@leveltwentynine.nl and we'll contact the shipping company.
How long do the Interior Perfume and Fragrance Sticks last?
Depending on use, our Interior Perfume and Fragrance Sticks last an average of 2 to 3 months.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders under €100, there is a €9.95 shipping fee. All orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.
Can I use the Interior Perfume or Fragrance Sticks on my skin as a perfume?
No, our Interior Perfume and Fragrance Sticks are specifically designed for home or office use. They are not suitable for use on skin as a perfume. It's best to avoid direct contact with skin. When handling the sticks, we recommend wearing gloves or washing your hands immediately after use to prevent eye contact and irritation.
What is the best place to place the Fragrance Sticks?
The scent diffuses best when the Fragrance Sticks are placed approximately 1 to 1.5 meters off the floor, such as on a coffee table or low cabinet. Because scent rises, this is the ideal position for maximum diffusion. Avoid placing them near heat sources, as the scent will quickly dissipate.
How often should I replace the Interior Perfume and Fragrance Sticks?
We recommend spraying the Interior Perfume every two days for optimal freshness. For the Fragrance Sticks, replacing them every two to three months is sufficient.
Do you offer refill options for the Interior Perfume and Fragrance Sticks?

Do you deliver outside the European Union?
No, we primarily deliver only within the Netherlands and Belgium, and the rest upon request. Delivery to the UK, Australia, Asia, and the United States is not possible.
